Refunds & Returns Policy

At Eclipse Massage & Beauty, we want every client to feel confident in their purchase or treatment. This policy covers services and treatments, gift vouchers and retail products purchased from our salon.

Services & Treatments

Massage, beauty, skin and other treatment services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided if you simply change your mind.

Our services are covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any agreed purpose and be supplied within a reasonable time. If a service does not meet these guarantees, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include rectifying or repeating the service, a partial or full refund, cancellation of the service, or compensation where required by law. ACCC

Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are covered separately under our booking and cancellation policy.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased online or in salon are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed for eligible treatments, services or products at Eclipse Massage & Beauty, subject to the terms and conditions attached to the voucher.

Gift vouchers purchased in Australia must be valid for at least 3 years from the date of purchase, and the expiry information and any restrictions on use must be clearly displayed. ACCC

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no post-purchase fees will be charged for holding or using a voucher, except where permitted by law. ACCC

Retail Products Purchased In Salon

Retail products purchased from Eclipse Massage & Beauty are not eligible for a refund or exchange simply because you change your mind.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue. ACCC

Please contact us or return the product to the salon with proof of purchase so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
