We recommend arriving a few minutes before your appointment so you can check in, unwind and begin your treatment without feeling rushed.

Convenient parking is available nearby, allowing you to step away from the day and into your Eclipse experience with ease.

There’s no need to dress specially for your appointment. Your therapist will guide you through everything you need to know while ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout.

If there is anything that may affect your
comfort — an injury, sensitivity, preference or concern. Simply let your therapist know before your treatment begins.

This allows us to tailor your experience and select products or techniques with your comfort in mind.

Absolutely — however some treatments, techniques or products may need to be adapted.
Please let us know when booking so we can guide you toward the most suitable experience.

Your comfort and privacy are always respected.
Your therapist will explain what to expect before your treatment and use appropriate draping throughout, with only the area being treated uncovered.

Some treatments may leave the skin temporarily flushed, warm or sensitive.
Your therapist will let you know what is considered normal for your treatment and provide any aftercare advice. If you have concerns afterwards, please contact the salon.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a 50% treatment fee.

Every treatment is prepared with care. Fresh linens, sanitised equipment and thoroughly cleaned treatment spaces are standard between appointments,
helping ensure your experience feels as comfortable, considered and beautifully maintained as it should.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, however late arrival may shorten your treatment so following appointments aren’t delayed.

If you’re unwell or experiencing something contagious, please contact us before your appointment so we can help you decide whether it’s best to reschedule.

Absolutely. If you have a preferred therapist, you’re welcome to select them when booking where availability allows.
